Order & Payment Policy

At PT Gallery, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and secure. Please read the following order and payment policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Confirmation & Payment

All orders must be paid in advance by bank transfer to the designated bank account.

Bank Account:

Your order will only be confirmed after the payment has been successfully received and verified.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared and shipped to the address provided at checkout.

When the courier arrives, you are welcome to inspect and try the item to make sure it is suitable before accepting the order.

3. Payment Upon Delivery

We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in advance before shipping.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Once the order has been inspected and accepted from the courier, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason related to the customer's choice, including size, color, style, or personal preference.

١. تأكيد الطلب والدفع

يتم دفع قيمة الطلب بالكامل مقدمًا عن طريق التحويل البنكي إلى الحساب المخصص.

يتم تأكيد الطلب وتجهيزه للشحن فقط بعد استلام قيمة الطلب والتأكد من نجاح عملية التحويل.

٢. تجهيز وشحن الطلب

بعد تأكيد عملية الدفع، يتم تجهيز الطلب وشحنه إلى العنوان المسجل أثناء إتمام الطلب.

عند وصول المندوب، يمكنك معاينة وتجربة القطعة للتأكد من مناسبتها لك قبل استلام الطلب.

٣. الدفع عند الاستلام

لا نوفر حاليًا خدمة الدفع عند الاستلام (Cash on Delivery). يجب سداد قيمة الطلب بالكامل قبل شحنه.

٤. الاستبدال والاسترجاع

بعد معاينة الطلب واستلامه من المندوب، لا يمكن قبول أي طلبات استبدال أو استرجاع بسبب اختيار العميل، بما في ذلك المقاس أو اللون أو التصميم أو عدم ملاءمة المنتج للتفضيل الشخصي.
